Welcome to Flourish Lab
This is a space for people who prepare, support, and grow other educators (teacher educators, counselor educators, administrators, coaches, and beyond) to do what we keep asking our students to do: play, wonder, and take a real risk in front of others.
We want future educators to create curiosity, safety to fail, and room to wonder for their students. We rarely get to experience those conditions ourselves. This is a chance to experience them first.

- Share what you tried in the comment section on that invitation’s page.

Each one is an invitation, not an assignment. Try one or all eight, in any order. There’s no required sequence and no grade.
What comes next
After this open play period, we’ll put out a call for chapter proposals. If something you tried sparks an idea, we’d love a short synopsis. You don’t need that idea yet. That’s what this period is for.
